Ecliptic designs, builds and tests hardware that gets launched, flown or used in the field. We're often involved with headline-making and award-winning projects, applying our extensive experience in the design, analysis, assembly, test and operations of aerospace systems and subsystems. Our staff's combined experience includes many dozens of space missions and aerospace projects. From the Big Picture to the details, we know our business.

Our family of compact, rugged avionics control units allow aerospace system designers to delegate nearly all control and monitoring of a given subsystem to one of these avionics units, simplifying subsystem interfaces — and everyone's lives.

We are the world's leading supplier of rugged video systems for use on rockets and spacecraft — our popular RocketCam™ product family — and enjoy a top-drawer client base in the commercial, civil and defense arenas. We also provide one of the most cost-effective systems for getting small payloads into space: RocketPod™.

We serve three growing and related markets:

  • "Classic" aerospace, civil, scientific and R&D projects
  • "Small, micro and nano" space efforts demanding affordable and responsive systems
  • "Entrepreneurial" aerospace enterprises (NewSpace) demanding cost-effective avionics solutions and onboard imaging capabilities providing unique space-themed imagery addressing space adventure/tourism, media, edutainment and advertising objectives

From past and current associations, we have an extensive network of world-class professionals from engineering, science, media, entrepreneurial and academic arenas who know how to get things done. As we face new challenges, we are proud to count them as reliable colleagues and collaborators.

Where is your vision focused? Earth orbit? Air, land or sea? Moon, Mars or near-Earth asteroids? Ecliptic's creative, nimble and proactive team is a resource that can help you take advantage of the opportunities presented by these rapidly growing and evolving markets.
