RocketCamTM: Cost-effective situational awareness, from just about anywhere
To understand and appreciate what your remote, complex system is doing and experiencing in extreme environments, you don't need a high-end, expensive science-quality imaging system. Ecliptic's RocketCam systems provide engineering and PR-quality situational awareness within a small, rugged, cost-effective package.
Depending on the nature of the host remote platform and desired application, our RocketCamTM Analog Video System (AVS) content can be returned live or recorded on board for delayed viewing by the end user. Our RocketCamTM Digital Video System (DVS) utilizes advances in video compression and channel coding to go beyond the AVS and provide enhanced sensor suites, improved bandwidth fidelity and data integrity, and operational flexibility.

Ecliptic also produces various types of electrical test equipment to support our clients' needs.
Every complex electromechanical system needs one or more sets of test equipment to support initial buildup and checkout, interface checks with other subsystems and systems, end-to-end system testing and sometimes field or mission operations.
For these purposes and more, Ecliptic provides equipment having architectures and design features common with digital avionics or RF/telecom equipment, or both. For each project, our systems-oriented staff ensures that each test-equipment solution matches well with the overall system design and desired suite of operational scenarios.
